Andersson & Co AS was established in Grimstad in 2000 and its business is within business advice and corporate management.
The company has been developed by Jorunn Aarrestad and Arve Andersson and is owned indirectly by Arve Andersson.
Our clients are local, national as well as international companies.
Andersson & Co AS enters businesses with potential for improvements. We take on board memberships or we replace key personnel. We also take on management of short or longer duration projects.
Together with co-investors we invest in selected companies and projects.
The company has an extensive co-operation with Skagerak Capital in Kristiansand when it comes to mergers and acquisitions and sale and purchase of companies and management for hire. This joining forces of the two companies’ resources provides a better service to our clients and more market power. We consider ourselves to be the leading entity within the field in the Region.
